Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
A return or refund may be approved only if:
• The item is unused and unopened
• The item is in its original packaging
• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products.
Non-Returnable Items
• Opened or used skincare products
• Products damaged due to improper handling
• Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
• Gift cards
Replacements (No Exchanges)
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we may offer:
• A replacement of the same product, or
• A refund, at our discretion after review
A replacement is not considered an exchange.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the item is inspected:
• You will be notified by email
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
