We want you to be delighted with your purchase! We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Due to the sensitive nature of our natural skincare products, we handle returns of opened bottles on a case-by-case basis to ensure the safety and integrity of our products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent inside the original packaging. Yes, Söil products are free from any animal by-products.
Yes, Söil products are never tested on animals.
While some of our oils are derived from nuts, all of our products are vegan and free from gluten and soy. For specific details, please refer to the individual product pages.
Söil oil-based formulations use a natural antioxidant, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).
Yes, each product has its own expiration date, which is indicated on the outer packaging and the bottle. Look for the period-after-opening (PAO) symbol to find out the number of months your product will remain effective after opening.

The origin of our raw ingredients varies based on the plant type. We strive to source most of our ingredients from Europe, Africa, and Asia, though some can only be found in their native countries. All Söil products are then manufactured and packaged in the UAE.
We suggest keeping your products, particularly the cold-pressed oils and floral waters, in a cool, dry, and dark place due to their delicate nature.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid products with essential oils. Instead, for specific recommendations, contact us at [email protected]. We have more products to offer.
While we do have this idea planed for the future, we do not offer this service at the moment, we encourage you to keep the bottles and use them for some other purpose. Or adhere to your local community’s guidelines for recycling glass.

Most of the products you can simply place in a cool spot out of direct sunlight, or refrigerator to allow the product to solidify.
