Are your products made with organic ingredients?
Yes, we prioritize sourcing and incorporating organic ingredients into our formulations. However, there are rare cases where certain organic ingredients are unavailable.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Due to the sensitive nature of our skincare products, we only offer returns for unopened items in the same condition that you received them. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that shipping costs are at your charge. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with your return.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all our products are free from any animal byproducts.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our products are never tested on animals.
Do your products include common allergens like dairy, gluten, soy, nuts, or eggs?
While some of our oils are derived from nuts, all our products are free from gluten and soy. For individual product details, please refer to the specific product pages.
Do your products contain any preservatives?
Our oil-based formulations use a natural antioxidant, Tocopherol (Vitamin E).
Do your products have an expiration date?
Yes, each product has its own expiration date, which is indicated on the outer packaging and the bottle.
Do you source your ingredients sustainably?
Yes, all Soil ingredients are sustainably sourced. For more details, please visit our sustainability page.
Where are your products made?
The origin of our raw ingredients varies based on the plant type. We strive to source most of our ingredients from Europe, Africa, and Asia, though some can only be found in their native countries. All Soil products are then manufactured and packaged in the EU.
How should I store my Söll products?
We suggest keeping your products—particularly the cold-pressed oils and floral waters—in a cool, dry, and dark place due to their delicate nature.
Are your products safe during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, avoid products with essential oils. For specific recommendations, please contact us at [email protected].
Can I return the glass bottles?
While we do have this idea planned for the future, we do not offer this service at the moment. We encourage you to reuse the bottles for some other purpose, or adhere to your local community’s recycling guidelines.
Do you offer refills?
This is definitely something that we would like to offer, but we do not at the moment. We are currently working on providing a refill solution for the local community.

My shipped product arrived melted. Is it safe to use?
Most of the products can simply be placed in a cool spot out of direct sunlight, or in the refrigerator, to allow the product to solidify again.

Can I change or cancel my order?
After you submit your purchase, there is a very short time frame in which we may be able to cancel your order. Contact us quickly with your order number so we can assist you. If your order is unable to be canceled, please see our return policy for options.
